Over the last 27 years, I've sold thousands of both new & old homes in Kansas & Missouri and with interest rates as low as 5% & as high as 18%. I've worked with 1st time buyer's & seller's as well as experienced buyers & sellers, investors, & clients relocating to & from Kansas City. In addition I've managed & trained as well as owned & operated my own Real Estate company. Basically, I've done it all! I'm happy to bring this experience & knowledge to everyone I work for - and have fun doing it! |

I obtained a degree in nursing in 1978 & found that the principles learned in nursing have been my greatest assets in business "'Assess Needs & Take Care of People". . In 1981 I obtained a license in Real Estate. In 1983 I obtained a Brokers License for Kansas & Missouri. In 1986 Istarted my own company & obtained the Certified Residential Brokers Designation. Later I obtained The Relocation Specialist Designation. In 1990 my company was purchased JD Reece Realtors. For the last 17 years I have sold real residential real estate and have helped educate other realtors to become top salespeople. |
